Utils BixBD is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by DESCO. When you add a meter, you confirm that you are the account holder or otherwise authorized to monitor that meter. We use meter information only to provide the monitoring and alert features you request.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting infrastructure, SMS delivery partners, and security monitoring tools. These providers are expected to process data only for authorized purposes.
