Our services are intended for lawful, personal use to monitor electricity meter balance and usage. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain service quality and security.

Utils BixBD is not DESCO and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by DESCO. DESCO names, systems, and trademarks belong to their respective owner. Official DESCO channels remain the source of truth for billing, recharge, outages, account ownership, and disputes. You must only add meters you own or are authorized to monitor.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please keep your account information accurate and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Some features may require an active paid plan. Plan pricing, meter limits, renewal terms, and payment rules are shown inside the app. Failed, delayed, or reversed payments may affect plan status and related services.

You may not use the service for unlawful actions, unauthorized meter monitoring, attempts to bypass security, interference with system operations, or any activity that harms other users, DESCO systems, or the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may revise these Terms to reflect service, operational, or legal updates. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Utils BixBD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service, including decisions made from delayed, incorrect, or unavailable meter data. Always verify critical billing or recharge issues through official DESCO channels.
